We are actively buying value add and opportunistic properties in industrial, and commercial real estate $5M – $25M.
Industrial Real Estate
Single standing multi-tenant, multi-tenant business parks, small bay industrial, cold storage, industrial outdoor storage.
Commercial Real Estate
Multi-tenant retail (strip center, street front) office conversion to industrial, industrial conversion to retail. Urban land entitlement.
Markets
Southern California Counties (LA, OC, SD, SB, RIV, VEN). Greater Phoenix. Houston. Dallas/Fort-Worth.
Value Add & Opportunistic
We will buy safe value add arbitrage to single tenant to multi-tenant conversions to vacant heavy CapEx complete rebuilds.
